Profession based quests

As i find there isnt much to do when there are no raids happening here

Maybe you guys could make some quests that require professions to complete..

EG:

Collect x amount of this and get some golds... or get some recipe for that profession

We actually made stuff like this everytime we ran a server.. and it just took a ton of time to make and balance and ppl ignored it afterwards.. So if you could come up with a thought-thru system, we might do it, but atm there is no time to think about it (on the other side just making the quests etc is matter of minutes, that would be ok.. ut the system has to be really good)
